There are two things that all of us at HELENE have valued since the company was founded.

The first is to firmly establish the business at our feet and to grow steadily.
The second is to face the challenges of the world thoroughly and develop market-in services that are directly linked to solving those challenges.

In many cases, biotech ventures have big dreams and invest in research and development and capital investment before they have established their own business, relying on external funding to meet their funding needs. There are also many cases where companies focus solely on their own technology before identifying social issues, and develop their business based on a product-out mentality, where their own technology and products come first, rather than the needs of the market.

In such an industry, we at HELENE believe that “without a solid business foundation, it is impossible to realise long-term dreams and contribute to the healthy development of society”, and since our founding we have consistently focused on the solid growth of our business foundation and the positive operating cash flow we generate. Since its foundation, the company has consistently focused on the solid growth of its current business and the positive operating cash flow it generates, and has achieved profitability and steady growth since its first term. We believe that this growth has been supported by our market-in approach, which is to thoroughly face the challenges of the world and create solutions to them.

Through these processes, we have successfully grown into a public company that receives valuable funds from our shareholders through our initial listing on the SGX. Once again, we would like to thank our investors from the bottom of our hearts and, without forgetting these two HELENE characteristics that underlie HELENE, we will continue to strive to return value to all our stakeholders.

In the future, we will continue to take on new challenges that entail a certain degree of risk, in addition to further expanding our existing businesses, while maintaining our basic premise of strict compliance. In all of our businesses, we will focus on identifying global issues and creating solutions, and we will achieve steady growth while focusing on sales and profits as compensation for the new value we provide to society.
We will also contribute to the happiness of all stakeholders who support us and contribute to the development of society.
